Mission
We place junior-level A-players in commercial roles at funded startups in DACH. They tell us what they're looking for, get startups that fit and choose for themselves which startup to talk to.
Vision
We want to become the community for A-players. It gives them access to the best startups, a place to trade ideas and perks that only members get. We're starting with the job search for juniors.

How it started
Searching for jobs online took me a lot of time, and whether a startup really fit me was almost impossible to tell from the outside.
So I asked around among friends. It was the same for them: everyone had built their own system just to keep track, and it still ate up too much time. Everyone had already given up on figuring out the fit.
I did my last internship at a startup that wanted to grow. There I saw the other side: how hard it is to find A-players for that, and how much time the team puts into it.
I don't think we have to accept that. That's where Faktor Talent came from.
