Startups pay us a fee when it's a match on both sides and you start working with them. That's why we're free for you.

What does it cost me?
Nothing. The startup pays us, and only if it hires you.
Do you take everyone?
No. We pre-select who joins our network. We keep our network small because we can only open doors to ambitious startups for A-players.
Who gets to see my details?
Nobody without your consent. We show you the company and the role, and only once you agree do we share your profile with the startup.
Which roles do you have?
Junior commercial roles at funded startups in DACH: founders associate, sales, marketing, business development, operations.
How long does it take?
You'll hear within two weeks whether we're inviting you to a conversation. When a role comes up for you depends on what founders are looking for. As soon as something fits, we get in touch.
How often will I be introduced?
As often as a role fits you, and never without your consent. We show you every role first, with the company and the team, and before the interview we prepare you for the startup.
And after the interview?
You hear from us even if it doesn't work out, and if the startup gives us feedback, we pass it on to you. If it doesn't work out, you stay in the network and we keep looking. If it does, we're glad for you, and we're still there for you afterwards.
What if it doesn't work out?
We can't promise you a role. But we do our best to find a startup that fits you.
Can I keep applying elsewhere?
Yes, wherever you like. We're one more route, not a contract. Just tell us once you've signed, so we stop suggesting you.
